Loreta A. Krist

Loreta A. Krist, age 86, of Audubon, Pennsylvania, died Saturday, October 14, 2023, at Jefferson Hospital for Neuroscience in Philadelphia. She was born June 29, 1937, in The Philippines, the daughter of Joseph and Cresencia Yulo. She married Robert Krist, who survives, on March 19, 1977, in The Philippines.

A graduate of University of San Carlos in The Philippines, she served as Finance & Administrative Assistant in the United Nations Development Programme for 29 years. Her hobbies were cooking and gardening. Besides her husband, she is survived by one daughter and her husband, Naya Marie and Julian McGilloway of Audubon, PA, and two granddaughters, Marley and Maddox.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 10 a.m., Monday, October 30, in Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church, NYC, with Rev. Msgr. Kevin Nelan as celebrant. Entombment will follow in the Lotus Mausoleum of The Woodlawn Cemetery. Calling hours are 6-9 p.m., Tuesday, October 24, and 2-4 p.m., and 6-9 p.m., Wednesday, October 25, in the chapel of John Krtil Funeral Home, NYC. A vigil service will be held Wednesday, October 25, at 8 p.m. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the John Krtil Funeral Home, NYC.
