Full-Year Membership
Join by 30 June for $65. Membership runs through 31 December of the same year.
Half-Year Membership
Join from 1 July to 30 September for $40. Membership runs through 31 December of the same year.
Extended Membership
Join on or after 1 October for $65. Membership runs through 31 December of the following year.

How do I apply for membership?
Fill in the online Membership Application Form and submit.
Or download and complete the hardcopy PDF version. You can either:

Fill it digitally using “fill-in and sign” and email it to afics@un.org, or

Print a hard copy, complete by hand in Ink using a blue/black pen only then scan or photograph and email it.
What are the payment options for dues?
- Check, payable to AFICS/NY Treasurer
- Cash, bring to the AFICS/NY office.
- UNFCU transfer, use the UNFCU member-to-member transfer option. (follow instructions)
When are annual payments due?
Annual membership dues should be paid before 31 January. You may also choose to switch to lifetime membership (PDF form).
Are there chapters outside of New York?
Yes. AFICS/NY has a chapter in Florida.
Who is eligible to join AFICS/NY?
Membership is open to all former or present staff of the UN system at every level, as well as their surviving spouses. Members of other UN retiree associations may join as associate members.
